Shipping Time
Tres Chic Baby is dedicated to shipping your products in a timely manner.  Most products on our site ship within 2-5 business days.  If a product is backordered or will be longer than 5 business days to ship out, an email will be sent to you prior to processing the order to verify that you wish to proceed.  ***Please note, personalization on items can add 7-14 additional days to ship.  If a rush order is needed, please email info@treschicbaby.com or call 1-888-664-8258 to inquire about availability.

Express Shipping is available for an additional charge on many of the items on our site.  If express shipping is needed, please email for availability and a price quote prior to placing the order.
 
We at Tres Chic Baby do our best to ensure the accuracy of the listed availability of merchandise on our site.  However, this information is only as good as the current information we have from the designer/manufacturer.  As stated above, if the item(s) requested is not currently available, you will be sent an email further advising you of the product availability and requesting notification of how you wish to proceed.

Tres Chic Baby is open Monday-Thursday 10am to 8pm Eastern standard time; Friday 10am to 5pm EST. All phone calls and emails are generally answered the same business day. If it is after 8:00 pm EST then your inquiry will answered the next business day.
 
Return Policy
Tres Chic Baby is dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers.  Items can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or an exchange.  Initial shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the item is being returned due to damage or defects.  If you received free shipping on that item that amount will be deducted from your refund.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is being returned due to damage or defects.  ***ALL sales are final for personalized items, with the exception of items received damaged or defective.

If an item is refused for any reason other than damage, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping and any restocking fees if applicable to that item.

How to Send Back a Return
 
1) Items MUST be returned in the original packaging. Returns MUST be accompanied with a return authorization number.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  To obtain a return authorization number, please click on the RA Form Link below and complete the form.
